Please note all our Apartments have a strict smoke free policy.

Cancellation Policy

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of the cost of the first night’s accommodation is required or where a one-night stay is booked 50% of the booking.

In the event that a reservation is cancelled the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation made more than 10 days prior to arrival = $50
• Cancellation made from 10 days to 48 hours prior to arrival = one nights accommodation
• Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to arrival = Full payment or 2 nights accommodation

There is an additional occupancy surcharge of $30.00 per extra guest, per night.

Two night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday nights. One night stays available over the weekends at Manager's discretion.

2009 - Off-peak Season applies from 14th April 2009 through to 30th November 2009.

2009/10 - Peak Season applies from 1st December 2009 through to the last day of Easter Weekend (6th April 2010).

2010 - Off-Peak Season applies from 7th April 2010 - 30th November 2010.

We have a 3 night minimum stay from December 26th through to 31st January.
