• Check–out is at 10am

Please note all our Apartments have a strict smoke free policy. If your apartment smells like smoke on your departure – you will be charged for an extra nights’ accommodation.

Cancellation Policy
To confirm a phone or email reservation, a deposit of the cost of the first night’s accommodation is required or where a one-night stay is booked 50% of the booking.

In the event that a reservation is cancelled the following cancellation fees apply:

• Cancellation made more than 10 days prior to arrival = $50
• Cancellation made from 10 days to 48 hours prior to arrival = one nights’ accommodation
• Cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to arrival = Full payment or 2 nights’ accommodation

* Cancellation on the day or a no-show will incur full payment of the reservation

There is an additional occupancy surcharge of $30.00 per extra guest, per night.

Off-peak Season applies from 25th April 2011 – 31st November 2011
Peak season rates will temporarily apply from September 1st 2011 – October 24th 2011
Peak Season applies from 1st December 2011 to the end of Easter Weekend 2012
We have a three night minimum stay from 26th December 2011 through to 31st January 2012
Two night minimum stays are required on Friday and Saturday nights.
One night stays over the weekends may be available at the Manager’s discretion.
