Your hosts Peter & Tanya Russell are proud to welcome you to their establishment. You are also warmly welcomed by their professional & friendly team, who wish to make your stay at Onetangi Beach Apartments a truly unforgettable experience.

Peter Tanya met at The Mudbrick Restaurant & Vineyard where Tanya was Head Pastry Chef for 4 years, and Peter later became the Head Chef for a year. Their shared passion and experience of top restaurant kitchens make the room service breakfast menu and many other home-cooked delicacies a must try!

Peter came to Waiheke from another island on the other side of the world – Newfoundland, off the coast of Nova Scotia, Canada. Peter enjoys the warmer climate, scuba-diving around Onetangi Bay and his new-found patch of paradise.

Tanya was brought up on Waiheke Island, with a long family history as part of Waiheke’s farming & fishing culture. Since Tanya left the Mudbrick Restaurant, she has created her own business called Sweet Cakes, specialising in wedding cakes & other celebration cakes.
Team members Mel, Lauren, Melanie & Frances maintain the tidy & efficient reception area, answering all of your calls and happily offering advice on what the island has to offer. At reception you’ll find the very best of Waiheke’s wines; plus ice creams, snacks & beverages. There is a wide range of complimentary brochures to help you navigate the island. Whatever you require, the reception team is always happy to assist you.

Housekeepers are a must in this industry and Caroline, Wendy, Frances, Federica & Anya are an integral part of the team, keeping the apartments clean and sparkling. Providing a daily servicing in your apartments is just one of the things that the housekeepers do to make your stay more pleasurable and relaxing.
