Phoenix Suite
The Phoenix Suite is a newly refurbished conference room - perfect for a couple of days or even a single day conference away from the city! The adjoining
apartment with its comfortable sofas, dining area and sea-view balcony provides an ideal break out space. Tea and Coffee are available on arrival, and full gourmet
catering services for morning and afternoon teas and lunches plus complimentary WiFi.

Strand Suite
Our premier conference venue. A self-contained workspace that promotes a real time work-play contrast. The open plan design allows a range of options.
Bi-folding doors open onto an enclosed courtyard revealing picturesque views of Little Barrier Island and the Coromandel. The raised terrace overlooking Onetangi
Beach is a great lunch spot.
Natural lighting and wooden shutters.

- $400 per day (when staying in–house low season)
- $500 per day (when staying in–house high season)
- $600 per day (day rate 7am – 7pm)
