Our chef Tanya Russell specialises in producing wonderful cakes.

Her background in the hospitality industry has been mainly at the renouned Mudbrick Vineyard & Restaurant, where she was Chef Patissier for 4 years. She then moved onto The Dunes on Onetangi Beach before setting up her own kitchen at Onetangi Beach Apartments.
